  • 300 milliliters full cream milk
  • 150 milliliters water or as needed
  • Oil for frying

  • 5 shallots
  • 5 cloves of garlic
  • ½ teaspoon peppercorns

How to make vegetable fritters:

  1. Grind the ground spices.

Ground spices:

  • 3 cloves of garlic
  • 4 shallots
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon granulated sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon powdered chicken broth

How to make shrimp vegetable fritters:
